You can use this place to greet and welcome your customers to the portal.

Its always good to mention your support policy highlights and set your customers expectations.

A quick example would be : 

1. Support requests are being processed on business days from 9:00 to 18:00 EST in the order they were received.

2. We suggest, while our team reviews your support request, please read the documentation.

4. If any support ticket has no response from the item owner for 7 days, the ticket will be considered closed.

This section can be edited from your admin panel go to Settings->Home Page Settings ->Introduction message
